Palomo Cazador is a DO Ribera del Duero wine, made with 100% Tinto Fino variety from different pagos of the of the El Quiñón vineyard. Cherry red, with a subtle violet trimming, very fruity and intense on the nose displaying aromas of red fruits and balsamic nuances. There are roasted and creamy notes from its ageing in the barrel, as well as an ending with floral, mineral features where the red fruits appear again.
Broad on the palate, balanced and fruity, with a journey that transports the very well assembled fruit and wood tannins. It develops an intense retro nasal aroma where the notes of the barrel aging mix with the fruity aromas. Friendly and pleasant long taste.

Medium bodied with violet hues; smells of wild berries, earth and a blend of balsamic. Well structured tannin, maintaining great balance with its acidity. Well integrated wood aging giving us vanilla and toasted streaks and a long lasting aftertaste. This wine pairs great with manchego cheese and pork inspired dishes.
